Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of the use of information technology, user expertise, and quality of information systems on the quality of accounting information. The population used in this study are telecommunications companies registered in BUMN in the South Jakarta area. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. The source of data in this study came from a questionnaire given to the staff of the administration and finance department and Google Forms distributed by human resources. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information system have a significant effect on the quality of accounting information. Meanwhile, the use of information technology and user expertise does not have a significant effect on the quality of the accounting information
