Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove that there is an influence on service quality, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction of Shopee users. This research is quantitative research with primary data sources. The object of this research is Shopee users who are domiciled in the city of South Jakarta. The sample used was 100 respondents and dominated by adolescents using purposive sampling technique as a data collection technique. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.674. Then through the t test for the effect of service quality, it was shown by a calculation of 3,993 > a ttabel value of 1.660 while for the quality of the product it was shown by a calculation of 5.507 > a ttabel value of 1.660 while the price is shown by a calculation of 0.881 < ttabel 1.660. This means that the quality of service and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. F test results obtained amounted to Fhitung 71.25 > Ftabel 2.70. This means that the quality of service, product quality and price have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction.
