Abstract

Saving is saving or setting aside some money that we have to save and meet various needs. One of the safest places to store funds is in a bank, one of which is in the form of savings. Among students and youth, it is a time when they have to plan their future in the future. However, young people are labeled as not liking to save, because young people prefer to spend their money on fun and experiences rather than saving. In order to increase interest in saving for students and youth in Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has created a Term Savings Savings program, namely SIMUDA (Student and Youth Savings) which is carried out at all banks in Indonesia with the main aim of launching the program is to transmit the spirit of saving and smart thinking to students. young people that the future and old age can be planned from the start. This study analyzes the growth in SiMuda Savings which every year has a very significant increase in the number of customer accounts and balances. This can prove that the SiMuda Savings which was launched by the OJK (Financial Services Authority) in collaboration with other banks in Indonesia has a great influence. Because SiMuda Savings can help young people learn to save term with the various features available in this SiMuda Savings product, where young people can learn how to manage their finances wisely.
