Abstract
Lower Back Pain or what is commonly called Low Back Pain is a symptoms often felt by a lot of people in the world feel. Causes the first disability around the world. It was not extraordinary for them to carry heavy loads before, during, and after a flight. The study was carried out to prove between physical activity and lower back pain in flight attendants. The study uses correlated research design with a one time cross-sectional approach and without follow up. In this study, the research population that was taken was an air hostess x in the Java – Bali area which amounted to 92 people. The study was done online through Google Form carried out on May 29th – April 15th 2022. The normal results were obtained that p < 0,05 therefore the abnormal distribution data. Based on the result of the hypothesis test with spearman rho obtained that the value of p < 0,05 thus suggests there is a link between physical activity and lower back pain on flight attendant x air.
