Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The aim is to determine the effect of Capital Structure as proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Activities as proxied by Working Capital Turnover (WCT), and Liquidity as proxied by Current Ratio (CR) on Company Value as proxied by Price to Book Value ( PBV). This study examines the population of primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The research approach used in this research is the slovin method so that 53 companies are obtained and the research period is 5 years, so that 265 records of research patterns are obtained. Data analysis in this study was conducted using Microsoft Excel 2010 and hypothesis testing using Panel Data Regression Analysis using the E-Views application version 12 and a significance level of 5%. The results of this study partially show that, (1) Capital Structure has an effect on Firm Value, (2) Activities have no effect on Firm Value, (3) Liquidity has an effect on Firm Value.
