Abstract
PT YCP Solidiance Indonesia is a consulting company in various sectors that provides solutions by adding information technology if necessary based on the needs of its clients. Projects that are quite large and complex make it difficult for company managers to determine the team when accepting a new project because monitoring of employee workloads is only carried out through group chats, which results in not recorded. Seeing these problems, it is necessary to create an information system that is able to do project management so that it can make it easier for managers to determine employees when there are new projects. In this study, the system was built on a web-based basis using the CodeIgniter framework, the Model-View-Controller (MVC) concept and the prototyping research method. Where this application is expected to increase the effectiveness and facilitate the company in carrying out its activities. The result of this research is a website that company can use in managing projects in an integrated system so that all data is recorded in the database and is able to solve the problems they experienced.
