Abstract
The implementation of Basic Military Education and Training for the Reserve Components (KOMCAD) of the Army Army is important in the implementation of the national defense force based on Law no. 3 of 2002 concerning National Defense, states that our national defense system is universal, which means that in the process of its implementation it involves all citizens, territories, natural and artificial resources, as well as other national resources that have the potential to be managed and transformed into components. national defense force. In this context, it is not only the role of the TNI as the Main Component that is required to maintain the integrity and dignity of the nation. However, all elements of the state have the right and obligation to defend this country through TNI KOMCAD education.
