Abstract
The increase in community mobility and the growth of motorization in Indonesia have led to an increase in the occurrence of road traffic accidents, in which every road traffic accident results in economic losses for the victims, so that in this case the state guarantees protection for its people to provide guarantees, namely compulsory coverage for passenger accidents, which is a compulsory social coverage for every passenger using a public motorized vehicle, in this case the state is represented by PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) which incidentally is a State Owned Enterprise. In connection with this, in its implementation there are obstacles in obtaining such compensation such as unilateral refusal by insurance companies, therefore it is important for the community and especially road traffic accident victims to know how the arrangements related to compensation and resolution of obstacles in the compensation process. loss of road traffic accident cases either through litigation or non-litigation channels. This study uses a normative juridical method by carrying out several problem approaches that contain aspects of solving obstacles in the implementation of compensation for road traffic accident victims.
