Abstract
This research aims to determine the differences in the company's financial performance of non financial sector companies before and after the acquisition. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research is non-financial sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that made acquisitions in 2014-2017 with an observation period of 3 years before and 3 years after the acquisition, so that 28 companies were obtained with a total of 56 sample data. The analysis technique is the Paired Sample T-Test and the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is no difference in the liquidity ratio before and after the acquisition, (2) there is no difference in the Leverage ratio before and after the acquisition, (3) there is a difference in the activity ratio before and after the acquisition, and (4) there are differences in the profitability ratios before and after the acquisition.
