Abstract
The success of a treatment process is influenced by the implementation of the six right principles that nurses do when giving drugs to patients. Errors in drug administration can be caused by individual factors, one of which is fatigue. Female nurses often experience work family conflict, a condition where there is friction between work and family which can have a negative impact on one of them. This can affect the behavior of nurses when providing nursing care to patients. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between nurses' dual role conflicts with the proper implementation of drugs in the Covid-19 pandemic era in the hospital space area of Bogor General Hospital. The research method used a cross sectional approach with a total sampling technique of 51 nurses. The results of the study using the chi square test found that there was a significant relationship between the dual role conflict of nurses and the proper implementation of drugs (p value = 0.000). The hospital management team should always pays attention to the problem of work family conflict in female nurses, such as giving dispensation not to work overtime.
