Abstract

The issue regarding the high of employee intention to leave PT XYZ Indonesia is associated with a culture that exerts pressure, insufficient job satisfaction, and an imbalance between personal and professional life. This research employed a quantitative approach involving a total of 60 employees from PT XYZ Indonesia as the sample. Utilizing SmartPLS 4.0 application with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) method, the study confirms that Organizational Culture significantly and negatively affects turnover intention, as does Job Satisfaction significantly and negatively influence turnover intention. However, Organizational Culture mediated by work-life balance doesn't have a significant impact on the intention to switch jobs, whereas Job Satisfaction mediated by work-life balance exhibits a significant negative impact on turnover intention, similarly to work-life balance itself, which significantly and negatively influences turnover intention. With these findings, it is hoped that PT XYZ Indonesia will concentrate on enhancing job satisfaction and assessing organizational culture to revamp the work environment, including fostering a balance between work and personal life, thereby reducing the level of employee turnover intention.
