Abstract
Kedai Andito is a culinary MSME with products featuring dimsum. Problems in this business include an absence of an appropriate business strategy and economis review for the next five years. Said problems can be mitigated using the feasibility analysis method and Lean Canvas. Therefore, this research studied and analyzed economic review in optimistic, best, and pessimistic conditions and the business plan design for Kedai Andito utilizing Lean Canvas. Furthermore, the feasibility test focuses on financial aspects, which is studied from NPV, PP, PI and IRR value to understand the feasibility of businesses and carry out a sensitivity analysis in optimistic, best, and pessimistic conditions. Lean Canvas focuses on problems, solutions, key metrics, and unfair advantages to increase the profit of the current business development. Feasibility test results indicated that Kedai Andito’s business is worth running because it has NPV positive value of Rp 6.074.634, payback period as long as five months and 15 days, PI value of 6,0423, and IRR value of 32,79%, furthermore from sensitivity analysis, optimistic and best condition is worth running. The result of Lean Canvas design is providing an alternative or access to healthy and contemporary food in the area by selling a highly nutritious dimsum.
