Abstract
This study aims to analyze financial distress using the Altman Z-Score, Grover, Springate, and Zmijewski methods in land transportation companies. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to determine the value of a variable. The sample used is land transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019, totaling 7 companies. The data analysis method used is the Altman Z-Score, Grover, Springate, and Zmijewski method. This study uses secondary data from the company's annual financial statements accessed through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show that (1) The analysis using the Altman Z-Score method shows that 57.14 companies experienced financial distress in 2017 to 2019. (2) Analysis using the Grover method shows that 57.14% of companies with financial distress in 2017 and 2018. Then 71.43% in 2019. (3) Analysis using the Springate method shows that 71.43% of companies experienced financial distress in 2017. Then 85.71% in 2018 and 100% in 2019 (4) Analysis using the Zmijewski method shows that 42.85% of companies experienced financial distress from 2017 to 2019.
