Abstract
At the Apel Posyandu in the village of Sukamanah Baros Serang, Banten, currently there are problems with the processing of toddler data which is still being recorded on paper so that this can slow down the work of posyandu cadres and it is difficult to find the data again so that data duplication can occur so that the resulting data is less accurate. In addition, the delivery of information related to PHBS is still carried out verbally where this can lead to information received by the public, sometimes experiencing delays or ignorance of the information submitted. Posyandu Apel conducts posyandu services every month and is usually done in the middle of the month, however the uncertainty of posyandu services between the seventeenth or eighteenth can confuse mothers under five. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based posyandu information system that contains toddler data, immunization record data, toddler development data so that it can make it easier for posyandu cadres to manage toddler data and make it easier for the public to access information about toddler development, health information and posyandu service schedules. can be done anywhere and anytime. This study uses the waterfall method where the waterfall method has several stages, namely needs analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation. The result of this research is a website-based information system that can be used by the community in seeing the development of toddlers.
