Abstract
The company in this modern era is very sophisticated and interested by the people. Many people have worked at the company. But there are also companies that fail to compete because of a lack of awareness of the importance of computerized information systems, which is an important matter that many companies must fail to notice in the middle of the road. PT Setia Mandiri Jaya is one company that has not yet utilized the development of information technology to the fullest, where there are many inefficiencies in its work. One of the problems that we have noticed is how they archive data manually which results in easy data loss or unfolding. In the design of a web-based data ducting tender archive system that uses the PHP programming language and MySQL data storage, the design of the system to be created is described by using Unified Modeling Language or UML diagrams, which uses the waterfall approach method, and the PIECES Analysis Method.
