Abstract

The company in this modern era is very sophisticated and interested by the people. Many people have worked at the company. But there are also companies that fail to compete because of a lack of awareness of the importance of computerized information systems, which is an important matter that many companies must fail to notice in the middle of the road. PT Setia Mandiri Jaya is one company that has not yet utilized the development of information technology to the fullest, where there are many inefficiencies in its work. One of the problems that we have noticed is how they archive data manually which results in easy data loss or unfolding. In the design of a web-based data ducting tender archive system that uses the PHP programming language and MySQL data storage, the design of the system to be created is described by using Unified Modeling Language or UML diagrams, which uses the waterfall approach method, and the PIECES Analysis Method. Hopes that with this draft ducting tender data archive system, it will be easier for staff or staff in managing PT Setia Mandiri Jaya's data and files to be effective and efficient for the public at the registration stage. the output of the results of the entered data is processed and displayed the total number of records, the number of records per month Keywords: PT SMJ, arsip data, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Waterfall Method, PIECES Analysis Method
