Abstract

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP RIGHTS OF GOODS FROM SELLER TO BUYER AFTER SHIPMENT OF GOODS In wholesale customs traders, many do not know legally when the ownership rights of moving goods sent from the seller to the buyer after an oral agreement. One of the problems is in the case of delivery of goods from the seller to the buyer that is not until the destination so that the goods are not received by the buyer. This writing uses a theoretical approach in order to know when to change the ownership rights of an item moving from the seller to the buyer after shipment. This writing uses juridical normative methods and is thus expected to provide knowledge about the transition of right to a moving goods after shipment. With buying and selling, it will cause the transition of ownership rights of goods. In switching the rights of ownership must have an agreement between the parties concerned, and also there is no threat in it or in a state of distress.
