Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to improve the prototype of the syringe pump with a volume variation experiment based on a microcontroller with a volume capacity of 50 ml, and then to test the consistency of the volume of liquid that comes out with time for one hour. Using a syringe pump in the industrial world as an experimental or research tool in developing a product for example in the production of cement, fuel, and lubricants. In this study data collection was done through a trial method. In the selection of prototype syringe pump construction is done by choosing the design by considering various things. Tool testing is done to measure the accuracy of the tool using a variable volume with a time of 60 minutes. From the results of repeated tests, the results returned to be accurate with 100% successful participation means that this research has been successful.
