Abstract

The proliferation of mechanical and electronic equipment signifies developments in the field of technology. One of them is in the field of measurement from conventional scales to digital scales. Digital scales use loadcell to carry out the measurement process. Among the measurements of dry bulk packaging 100 grams to 500 grams. The purpose of this research is to make semi automatic bulk filler with 100 gram, 250 gram and 500 gram packages. This tool uses Arduino Uno which contained a microcontroller used as a controller. The media measured in this tool are rice, peanuts and sugar. This tool uses a wooden frame and hopper from aluminum plate with a slope angle of 60 degrees. The level of precision of this instrument is quite well indicated by the stability of the measurement results.
