Abstract
Sniver application is a Web-based application owned by PT. Perum Peruri where the application to assess the driver who later processed data will be one of the references for decision making when evaluating. The Sniver application was launched in January 2020 so that it needs to be retested after use by the user. The method used to perform this usability test or analysis is the Cognitive Walkthrough, in which the method aims to find percentage outcomes at the effectiveness and efficiency levels as well as the deployment of questionnaire to determine the level of respondent satisfaction in the Sniver application. Respondents for the study amounts to 15 people we’re respondents of PT. Perum Peruri and selected randomly. After testing or usability analysis obtained the results that the effectiveness rate is 81.1% and efficiency 72.4% and there are 4 problems when conducting usability testing. Repair recommendations in the Sniver app are only recommendations of interface improvements.
