Abstract

In a construction project there are three important things that must be considered, such as time, cost, and quality. Projects generally have a deadline, it means that the project must be completed before specific time or the project will be delayed. In this research, the case study is project time acceleration analysis for classroom development project. This development process takes 117 days. In the new classroom contruction project has been delayed and the owner wants an acceleration to reduce the delay time. The purpose of this research is to reduce delay time and accelerate project completion in terms of cost and analyzing time reduction effectiveness using CPM and PERT methods. Thus, the minimum acceleration time and cost can be ahowed. The results of this research are 18 critical path activities as optimal acceleration time for new classroom construction project from 117 days to 101 days and optimum cost of Rp 460.600.662.
