Abstract
Bankruptcy Prediction serves to provide guidance to the parties on whether the company's financial performance will suffer financial hardship or not in the future. This study is performed to examined the the effect Leverage, Activity Ratio and Company Growth toward Bankruptcy Predicition in mining companies over period 2012 during 2015. The sample selection using purposive sampling method in order to get the total sampel of 33 companies with a total of 133 sample observation after eliminating. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained through the site www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used here is logistic regression using SPSS 21 analysis tool with a significant level of 0,05%. The result of these tests indicate that partial Leverage and Activity Ratio have a significant effect on Banckruptcy Prediction, while the Company Growth not significant effect on Banckruptcy Prediction.
