Abstract
This study analyzes the rentability of PT. Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) Intan Jabar during 2021–2025 using three financial ratios: Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Interest Margin (NIM). This study applies a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data from financial statements published by the Financial Services Authority. The results show that the bank’s rentability fluctuated significantly. ROA was negative from 2021 to 2023, reaching its lowest point at -389.76% in 2023, before improving to 0.24% in 2024 and 2.92% in 2025. BOPO also reflected poor efficiency during 2021–2023, then improved to 97.55% in 2024 and 76.49% in 2025. Meanwhile, NIM was negative from 2021 to 2023 and improved to 4.42% in 2024 and 4.87% in 2025. These results indicate that PT. BPR Intan Jabar began to recover in 2024–2025, although margin management still requires improvement.
