Abstract
For companies, selecting a supplier is not only about the supply of raw materials but also relates to the smooth operation of the production process and the quality of the final product. OSHA MSMEs in Bogor City do not yet have a regular supplier for potatoes; therefore, the supplier selection process should not be based solely on subjective considerations but requires a method that can support the decision-making process. This study focuses on determining supplier priorities to measure supplier efficiency levels and recommending the best suppliers by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methods to establish a ranking of supplier priorities. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach using data derived from questionnaires, and documentation from five respondents involved in the raw material procurement process. Based on the results of the data analysis, price was found to be the most important criterion with a weight of 0.36, followed by quality (0.28), supplier capacity (0.20), delivery (0.015), and service (0.07). The AHP method identified Supplier A as the alternative with the highest weight of 0.571. The DEA results show that Supplier A and Supplier C are efficient with a value of 1.0000, while Supplier B and supplier D have not yet achieved the efficiency threshold. Based on the results of the DEA Super Efficiency analysis, Supplier A obtained a high score of 6.222 and is therefore recommended as the primary supplier of potato raw materials for OSHA MSMEs.
