Abstract
The pharmaceutical industry plays an important role in producing safe, effective, and high-quality medicines, requiring production processes to comply with strict standards and proper documentation. However, the monitoring and traceability processes at PT. XYZ are still carried out manually using paper-based documents and spreadsheets, resulting in delays in information, lack of transparency, and low efficiency in managing production data. This study aims to design and develop a web-based traceability information system for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to improve real-time, structured, and integrated monitoring. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and literature study, while system development uses the Agile Scrum approach and UML modeling. The system is developed using the Laravel framework with MySQL database support and refers to WCAG accessibility standards. The results show that the developed system improves production transparency, facilitates tracking of batch data and production stages, and enhances efficiency in monitoring and managing production activities
