Abstract

This research focuses on the digitalization of the Quality Control Circle (QCC) workflow at PT TMMIN Karawang Engine Plant. The current conventional processes result in high inefficiency, approval delays, and the risk of physical data loss. To address these issues, a web based QCC management system was developed using the Waterfall methodology. The application was built using Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL technologies, featuring an integrated 8-step hierarchical approval workflow with digital signature capabilities. Test results indicate that this information system potentially improving QCC reporting efficiency, ensures data accuracy through system validation, and supports real-time management decision making. The implementation of this solution provides a tangible contribution to the digitalization of operational processes, aligning with efficiency principles in the manufacturing industry, and possesses high scalability potential (Yokoten) for regional expansion.
