Abstract

The initial questionnaire showed that 14 of 21 respondents had difficulty finding locations on the UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus. This project aimed to design a database schema and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), define Row Level Security (RLS) policies, manage initial data, create and arrange 3D assets for buildings and facilities, and apply the same location code to database records and destination objects in Unity. The work used a prototyping method involving requirements collection, initial design, inspection, and iterative improvement. The documented final schema contains 11 tables for campus data, the 2D map, administration, auditing, and analytics, connected by 10 foreign keys. Four 2D-map tables entered the final schema after development and UAT follow-up, so they are not presented as initial requirements. The complete SQL is retained as a documentation artifact and was not executed while preparing the report because it contains table-removal commands. The asset workflow covered reference photography, visual creation in the Unity Editor and Blender, prefab arrangement, Pointer creation, and location-code alignment. The results comprise 19 building assets and one Masjid facility asset, a complete 11-table ERD, an RLS design, and initial data containing 19 building entities and 311 facilities. The SQL contains no trigger definition; therefore, the report does not claim that an audit trigger is active. At the shared-product level, the final functional test passed 24 of 24 scenarios, and the combined UAT score was 81.50 percent. These results show that the author's contribution provides the visual, data-structure, and access-rule foundations for the virtual map, while field updates and mapping checks remain necessary whenever the data change.
