Abstract

This research adopts a quantitative design to test, in an empirical manner, how Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure influences corporate valuation. The dataset covers 60 manufacturing firms registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the 2022–2025 period, selected through purposive sampling, yielding 240 pooled observations. The analysis is performed using the Random Effect Model (REM). Findings reveal that ESG disclosure exhibits no statistically significant relationship with firm value.
