Abstract
The Physiotherapy Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta still faces challenges in monitoring theoretical learning, practical classes, and clinical practice activities, which are conducted separately and manually. This condition makes activity records, logbook submission, validation, documentation, and grade recapitulation less optimal. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Information System for Monitoring Learning Activities and Clinical Practice to support the digitalization of academic processes in the Physiotherapy Study Program of UPNVJ. The system development method used is Agile scrum, consisting stages from product backlog to sprint retrospective. The system was developed with three main access roles: administrator, lecturers, and students. Its main features include monitoring theoretical and practical classes, monitoring clinical practice, submitting and validating logbooks, managing schedules, managing clinical practice periods, clinical administration, and an administrative analytics dashboard. Testing was conducted using Black box testing and User acceptance testing (UAT). The Black box testing results showed that all 94 test cases were successful, while the UAT obtained a score of 360 out of 385, with an acceptance percentage of 93.51%, categorized as Very Good. The system supports academic monitoring in a more integrated, effective, and well-documented manner.
