Abstract

The rapid development of the digital era requires Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) to adapt to information technology to remain competitive. Kampung Wisata Kuliner RW 04 Haurpancuh II, Bandung, is a community-based culinary tourism area that still relies on manual processes for stock recording, sales transactions, and retribution management, resulting in inefficiencies and inaccurate data. This study aims to design and develop a website-based information system to digitize the operational management of the culinary tourism village. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with the Laravel framework and PostgreSQL database. The system accommodates four user roles: Customer, Admin, Pelaku UMKM, and Courier, with 20 functional modules including online ordering with payment gateway integration, automatic retribution management, balance withdrawal system, real-time delivery management, and downloadable monthly reports. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing with 81 test scenarios across all user roles, resulting in a 100% valid outcome. The PIECES analysis confirms that the system significantly improves performance, information accuracy, operational control, efficiency, and service quality compared to the previous manual system. This system is expected to support the digitalization of UMKM and expand the market reach of Kampung Wisata Kuliner Haurpancuh II.
