Abstract
PT. Anugrahprima Perdana is a non-woven manufacturing company facing supply chain problems including delays in raw material delivery, defective products, and product returns. These issues arise due to the absence of established performance indicators across the company's overall supply chain processes. This study aims to determine performance indicators, assign weights, measure supply chain performance, and formulate improvement recommendations. The methods employed include Supply Chain Operations Reference 12.0 (SCOR 12.0) as the indicator identification framework, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting, and Objective Matrix (OMAX) combined with Traffic Light System (TLS) for performance measurement and classification. A total of 19 valid indicators were obtained through validation by 10 internal company experts. Based on the weighting results, the Plan process holds the highest weight at 0.355. The company's actual data for the 2025 period yielded a supply chain performance index of 7.2, classified as yellow, with 4 red-category indicators and 4 yellow-category indicators. The red indicators requiring immediate improvement include “Production Planning Accuracy” with a score of 3, “Days of Inventory” with a score of 1, “Perfect Order Fulfilment” with a score of 3, and “On-Time Delivery” with a score of 3. Improvements to these indicators are expected to enhance the company's operational efficiency and improve the overall supply chain performance of PT. Anugrahprima Perdana.
