Abstract

PT XYZ, an energy sector company, faced data fragmentation issues within its internal project management systems, leading to inefficiencies caused by double data entry and a lack of cross-departmental integration. This research aims to design and develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a Project Management module using the Odoo ERP platform to address these issues. The methodology employed is a hybrid Water-Scrum-Fall approach, combining the structured planning of Enterprise Systems with the flexibility of Agile development. The research stages include field studies, current system analysis, configuration, customization of Odoo modules, and functional testing. The results indicate that the developed system successfully integrates the initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases of a project into a single digital ecosystem. Based on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results, the system achieved a 96.4% functional pass rate and a user acceptance index of 86.67% (Very Good). The implementation is proven to increase operational efficiency through automatic data synchronization between project activities and accounting records.
