Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that support economic activities in Pengasinan Village, Depok City. Based on interviews and observations, there are more than 50 active MSMEs; however, the process of data collection and information dissemination is still carried out manually and conventionally, making it difficult for administrators and the public to obtain accurate information regarding business locations, business profiles, and product types. This study was conducted to design a web-based MSME mapping platform capable of supporting data management, business promotion, and dissemination of MSME information in a more organized manner. The system development process applied the Waterfall method, while system requirement identification used the PIECES method. The system design was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The result of this study is a WebGIS design expected to assist administrators in managing MSME data and help the public access information on MSME distribution more quickly and effectively. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method to determine whether the system functions were in accordance with user requirements.
