Abstract

This study aims to design and develop the Pelampung Business Intelligence Dashboard to help Rumah Produksi Pelampung transform sales transaction data into more structured and understandable analytical information. The system provides two user roles: Admin and Owner. The Admin manages Excel data uploads, transaction data, upload history, and user accounts, while the Owner accesses three main dashboards: Regional Profitability, Product-Region Fit, and Logistics Evaluation. Based on the 2025 transaction data processing, the Regional Profitability dashboard shows total revenue of IDR 883.3 million, gross profit of IDR 374.6 million, total volume of 3,748,595 units, and an average GP of 42.4%. This indicates that overall profitability is in a healthy category because it exceeds the 30% threshold. The Product-Region Fit dashboard shows that Starlet series products have higher and more stable margins than several non-Starlet products. Meanwhile, the Logistics Evaluation dashboard shows internal margin leakage of IDR 1.6 million, an average COD LCR of 48.9%, and the most expensive COD route, Jakarta Timur, with an LCR of 106.1%. These results show that the dashboard supports the Owner in understanding sales, profitability, product performance, and logistics efficiency based on data.
