Abstract
Manual financial recording remains one of the main challenges faced by many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in managing their businesses. This project aimed to implement a digital accounting system using Accurate Online at Mr. Carmin’s Tempe Manufacturing MSME in Cinere, Depok. Prior to the implementation, business transactions were not recorded systematically, making it difficult for the owner to monitor the financial condition accurately. The methods employed in this study included interviews, observations, transaction data recapitulation, system implementation, and application usage assistance. Transaction data for April 2026, including production, purchases, sales, and operational expenses, were successfully entered into Accurate Online. The implementation results showed that the system was able to generate financial reports automatically and improve transaction recording, inventory management, and financial information accuracy. Therefore, Accurate Online can serve as an effective solution for supporting financial management in MSMEs
