Abstract
This study aims to examine the sales cycle recording procedures using the Randu application at Warung Soto Nikmat Bu Umar, a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) operating in the culinary sector. Proper sales cycle recording is essential to ensure that all transactions are accurately documented, enabling business owners to monitor sales performance and oversee business activities effectively. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of the Randu application supports the sales cycle recording process, starting from order receipt, transaction input through the Point of Sales (POS) feature, cash, bank transfer, and QRIS payment processing, to the automatic storage of sales data within the system. Through the implementation of this application, business owners can access recorded sales data without the need for manual record-keeping. The study concludes that the implementation of the Randu application provides a positive contribution to supporting sales cycle recording procedures that are more effective, efficient, and well-documented at Warung Soto Nikmat Bu Umar.
