Abstract
The adoption of digital technologies within the construction industry has become increasingly important to support more efficient and organized project data management. At CV. Rania Jaya Raya, project data are still managed through physical documents and separate Microsoft Excel files, making project monitoring, data retrieval, and report generation less efficient. To address these issues, a web-based system for managing construction project data was developed to centralize project information within a single platform. The Waterfall model was employed to develop the system through observation, interviews, literature review, PIECES analysis, UML-based design, implementation, followed by validation through Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The completed system provides features for managing client information, projects, cost estimates, schedules, project progress, work documentation, S-curve-based progress monitoring, and report export in PDF and Excel formats. The proposed system improves the effectiveness, organization, and usability of construction project data management.
