Abstract

A web-based information dashboard plays an important role in supporting integrated and real-time data recording and monitoring, particularly in the management of Purchase Orders and production activities. At Neo Company, the processes of recording Purchase Orders, preparing work orders, and controlling material availability are still carried out using physical documents and non-centralized procedures, which can lead to document loss, information delays, and recording errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based dashboard information system that integrates the recording and monitoring of Purchase Orders through the production process. The proposed solution is a system capable of automating work order generation, automatically updating material stock usage, and presenting centralized information on Purchase Order and production status. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis using the PIECES approach, system design using UML, web-based system implementation, and system testing using black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results show that the developed system improves work process effectiveness, reduces recording errors, and accelerates access to information for management.
