Abstract
The management of chemical material stock at PT Lagro Engineer Indonesia is currently performed manually using paper records and spreadsheets. This leads to frequent stock discrepancies, data inaccuracies, and delays in report recapitulation. This study aims to design and develop a website-based Inventory Information System to enhance data efficiency and accuracy. The system development utilizes the Waterfall model, implemented using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. The system provides features for master data management, recording of incoming and outgoing goods transactions, low stock notifications, and stock opname. Based on Black Box Testing, all features proved to function validly according to user requirements. The implementation of this system successfully integrates warehouse business processes, minimizes recording errors (human error), provides real-time stock information, and accelerates the reporting process for management.
