Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions at PT Alam Baja Nusantara. The research employs a quantitative method with a causal approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 respondents who are customers of PT Alam Baja Nusantara, with sample size determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS software, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing using t-statistics. The results indicate that service quality and price have a effect influence on purchasing decisions, while digital marketing does not have effect on purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that PT Alam Baja Nusantara should prioritize improving service quality and maintaining competitive pricing strategies to enhance consumer purchasing decisions.
