Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze and identify the aspects that impact companies' financial performance, in particular DAR, company size, and sales growth. This study involved 26 technologies companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, IDXTECHNO, period 2021-2024 as samples and underwent purposive sampling method to determine samples. The model used in this study is data panel regression and processed with EViews 13. The result shows leverage indicated by DAR is significant negatively on financial performance, while company size and sales growth have no significant impact on financial performance.
