Abstract

The Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) serves as a key indicator that reflects the extent of population involvement in economic activities. Fluctuations in the LFPR in Bali over the past decade indicate the need for an in-depth analysis of the factors that influence it. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the National Labor Force Survey. The analytical method used is panel data regression with the assistance of Stata 17 software to examine the influence of the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), Investment, and Economic Growth on the LFPR across the nine regencies/cities in Bali Province for the period 2013 to 2023. The partial results show that Investment has a significant negative effect on the LFPR, while the UMP and Economic Growth have negative not significant effects. Simultaneously, the three variables are proven to have a significant influence on the LFPR.
