Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of board size, managerial ownership, environmental performance, and industry type on carbon emission disclosure. This study uses a purposive sampling technique and produces a total sample of 52 companies. In this study, research data was obtained from all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021 to 2023. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with STATA v.17. The findings of this study indicate that board size, managerial ownership, and industry type have no effect on carbon emission disclosure. While environmental performance has a positive effect on carbon emission disclosure.
