Abstract
Introduction: Nutritional status is a vital indicator of the health of educational workers. Suboptimal nutritional status among educational staff can impact health and worker quality. Individual and psychosocial factors such as gender, physical activity, and stress levels are suspected to play a role in the occurrence of nutritional problems. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a sample size of 47 participants. The sampling technique used total sampling and was analyzed using the Chi-square or Fisher's Exact Test. Results: The majority of male respondents had abnormal nutritional status (92,3%). Most respondents engaged in moderate to high physical activity (48,9%). In addition, the majority of respondents had moderate stress levels (74,5%). There was a significant relationship between gender and nutritional status (p-value = 0.028). There was no significant relationship between physical activity and stress levels on nutritional status (p-value = 1.000) (p-value = 0.413). Conclusion: The study shows that there is a significant relationship between gender and the nutritional status of educational staff, but there is no relationship was found between physical activity and stress levels.
