Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of environmental practice disclosure, such as carbon emission disclosure, environmental performance, and eco-efficiency on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. This research used quantitative method by testing 100 samples of basic materials sector companies determined through purposive sampling technique. The data is processed through STATA 12 and panel data regression with Random Effect Model (REM) is used to test the hypothesis. The findings show that carbon emission disclosure negatively affects firm value, while environmental performance and eco-efficiency doesn’t effect firm value. Furthermore, profitability doesn’t moderate the influence of carbon emission disclosure environmental performance, and eco-efficiency on firm value.
