Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of green packaging and brand image on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among Fore Coffee consumers. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential analysis techniques using SmartPLS 4.0 as supported software. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The population in this study consist consumers Fore Coffee in Jabodetabek area who are at least 17 years old and purchasing Fore Coffee at least twice in last 6 month. The sample used in this research consisted of 117 respondent, selected using a non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling. The results show that green packaging does not have a significant effect on repurchase intention, whereas brand image is proven to have a significant effect on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction is also found does not have a significantly influence on repurchase intention. Furthermore, green packaging significantly affects repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, indicating that consumer satisfaction mediates this relationship. In addition, brand image has a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, highlighting the critical role of consumer satisfaction in enhancing repeat purchase intention.
