Abstract
The development of TikTok Shop as an e-commerce platform in Indonesia shows rapid growth and attracts the attention of the younger generation. This platform integrates entertainment content with online shopping activities, causing many consumers to spend a significant amount of time on the application. However, consumer satisfaction on TikTok Shop is influenced by several factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of delivery timeliness, information quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at TikTok Shop. The population of this study consists of TikTok Shop consumers, with a sample of 100 respondents residing in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) selected using purposive sampling. This research is quantitative in nature. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that delivery timeliness and information quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, while service quality does not affect consumer satisfaction
