Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, work-life balance, and work environment on employee performance, with resilience serving as a moderating variable among employees of PT Jasaraharja Putera, Head Office Jakarta. Issues related to workload imbalance, disruptions in work-life balance, and dynamics within the work environment form the underlying reasons for conducting this research. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with a total sample of 132 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that workload and work-life balance have a significant positive effect on employee performance, whereas work environment shows no significant effect. Furthermore, resilience is proven to moderate the relationship between workload and work environment on employee performance by strengthening the effects. However, the moderating effect of resilience on the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance is weaker compared to its direct influence. Overall, these results emphasize that managing workload, maintaining work-life balance, and enhancing employees’ psychological resilience are crucial factors in improving employee performance within the organization. Keywords: workload, work life balance, work environment, resilience, employee performance.
