Abstract

This study employs a quantitative approach aimed at examining the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Disclosure, green investment, and environmental performance on corporate stock returns. The research population consists of energy-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 27 companies with a total of 108 observations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of STATA version 12. The results show that ESG disclosure and environmental performance have a negative effect on stock returns, while green investment does not have a significant effect on corporate stock returns.
