Abstract
This study aims to determine "Indonesia – Australia Cooperation in the Higher Education Services Sector Within the IA-CEPA Framework Through the Partnership for Australia – Indonesia Research (PAIR) Program in South Sulawesi in 2020-2024". The preliminary question of this study is How is Indonesia – Australia Cooperation in the Higher Education Services Sector Within the Indonesia – Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA) Framework Through the Partnership for Australia – Indonesia Research (PAIR) Program in South Sulawesi in 2020-2024? This research method is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach using case studies, in this case using the concepts of international cooperation, educational cooperation, the CEPA concept, and the concept of partnership. The main data collection method uses library study techniques collected from books, articles, news pages, and official pages of related organizations. To answer the research questions, researchers use the concepts of international cooperation, educational cooperation, the CEPA concept, and the concept of partnership. The results of this study are Indonesia – Australia Cooperation in the Higher Education Services Sector within the IA-CEPA Framework through the Partnership for Australia – Indonesia Research (PAIR) Program in South Sulawesi 2020-2024.
