Abstract
This study discusses the cooperation between South Korea and Indonesia through the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) program in the field of Education in 2019 - 2021. This study aims to describe and analyze how the form of cooperation is established in improving the quality of Education in Indonesia and its impact on bilateral relations between the two countries. In implementing the KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) program, the author uses the theory of bilateral cooperation and foreign aid. Through scholarship assistance, teacher training, KOICA contributes to improving Indonesia's human resources. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with library study techniques and secondary data collection from official documents, journals and online news. The results of the study show that this cooperation is effective in providing educational opportunities, strengthening human resource capacity and strengthening diplomatic relations between South Korea and Indonesia, although there are still challenges in the sustainability of the program.
